有時候程式在一邊跑得好好的, 
移到另一台主機(不同OS)確全都變成了 ??????
最大的問題就是不同OS處理BOM都有不同的處理方法,

網路上找了個程式修改了一下,  變成以下的 fix bom (PHP)
把他擺在根目錄, 他會掃整個目錄,一發現BOM就移掉~
