1.  switch to virtual box  folder 

vboxmanage clonehd  xxxxx.vdi xxxxx.vmdk --format VMDK

 

2. copy VMDK to vsphere server  (scp or ...)

 

3. ssh login vsphere server

vmkfstools -i xxxxx.vmdk -d thin xxxxx2.vmdk

 

4. copy a vmx file from other vm

5. edit the  vmx  file  ( change  vmdk file name or ...)

6. mount the VM  by storage manager
